Promocode hasn't been added to my Swift Card
You will need to do a collection to get your £10 free travel and Swift Go onto your travel card. You can collect a product onto your card on the TfWM app or by visiting a Swift ticket machine.
Collecting using the app
Download the TfWM app from the app store. Select 'Swift Collector' and hold your Swift card to the back of the phone.

Collecting at a Swift Ticket Machine
Find and visit your nearest Swift Ticket Machine. Hold the Swift card to the reader and wait for the card to be updated.
