Tell us what you think

What our customers think about our service is important to us, that's why we’ve partnered with the Institute of Customer Service.

We are participating in their national survey (The UK Customer Satisfaction Index) and would like to hear about your experience when buying and topping up your Swift card.

We will use your feedback to improve the service we provide in the future so if you can spare a few minutes to complete this independent survey we would appreciate it.

Using the Swift card >

Simply brilliant

Swift is a transport smart card which links bus, train and tram travel across the West Midlands. It can store cash, season tickets and brand new types of travel products.

And it keeps getting smarter

At the moment, only N Icon - Smallnetwork Direct Debit customers and some N Icon - Smalltrain Direct Debit customers can use their Swift card on the train, however we're working hard to make this more widely available.

Your Swift account

To get the most out of Swift you’ll need an online account so you can manage your travel 24/7 from anywhere.

If you bought your Swift card online you’ll already have a Swift account. But if you bought it somewhere else, you can register for an account today and you can also add a new card to an existing Swift account.

Your account also gives you lots of benefits, including extra security for your Swift card as replacement cards can only be issued to cards registered to a Swift account.

(A Swift account is not available with an e-Daysaver card.)
